Available in non-shedding fiberglass or synthetic construction, standard and special sizes, depths from 12" to 36", efficiencies available are MERV 11, MERV 13, MERV 14 and MERV 15.

FP MINI PLEAT

Brief Description
The FP Mini Pleat design incorporates 193 square feet of high efficiency media within a standard 24x24x12 filter utilizing the 4V configuration. This extended media surface area creates a lower resistance to air flow resulting in reduced energy consumption and extended life. The unique, inherently stable 4V filter design distributes air evenly across the filter. It is rated at continuous airflow rates up to 3000 CFM.

MAC-10 LEAC

Brief Description
While used for a variety of critical clean air applications, the MAC 10® line of Fan Filter Units (FFUs) are ideal clean room solutions. The FFU design; a fan, motor, and filtration system all in a single unit, draws air into the unit via the filtration system and exhausts it across the filter face, supplying particle-free, laminar airflow to the room. Renowned for their ease of installation and operation, the MAC 10® line of FFUs offer low energy consumption, low sound levels, and a low profile. The LE models offer low watts, low profile, and low operating costs.

DUCTED CEILING MODULE (DCM)

Brief Description
The Envirco Ducted Ceiling Module (DCM) is ideal for applications where minimal installation space is available and ultra clean air is a requirement. The DCM high efficiency ceiling module consisting of anodized aluminum frame, a galvanized back plate, 41-mm filter pack, polyurethane encapsulating sealant and dual access ports. Maximum module depth shall not exceed 4-3/4”

MAC-T CEILING GRID SYSTEM

Brief Description
The Envirco® cleanroom ceiling solution is a 2” gasket seal cleanroom ceiling system fabricated using superior materials to provide a structural grid system. The building block of a cleanroom ceiling grid system is the connection and suspension system. Envirco offers a true, extruded aluminum 2" cleanroom ceiling system. CONTROL MODULES

Brief Description
Clean room control systems are required to effectively monitor and control individual and networked FFUs. Control systems are responsible for monitoring, reporting, and controlling the temperature, humidity, and particle count in clean room settings. The control systems adjust FFU settings based on the activity levels in the clean room space for optimum performance.
